Sweet Recipe – Mappilai Samba Payasam:

  • 1 cup cooked rice, 2 cups coconut milk, 2 tbsp jaggery, cardamom.

  • Boil coconut milk + jaggery, add rice, simmer 8–10 min.


Savoury Recipe – Pongal:

  • 1 cup rice, ½ cup moong dal, 1 tsp ghee, black pepper, curry leaves, ginger.

  • Roast spices, cook rice + dal, mix in ghee & seasoning.
